Stafff

The hotel was fine. Air conditioning was noisy though. Free bus to the airport was great.

Overall the staff were nice. The place was busy with young soccer players but the staff were still mostly helpful. The place got dirty in the common areas at times but was tidied up relatively quickly. The room was ok and the location was pretty good once we figured out where the bus stops were or how to walk to the shopping. The free airport shuttle was useful as there were several tram connections that went through the station at the airport. Uber was easy to use also. It was a little difficult to get someone to clean the room every other day. Every time we had to call the front desk for someone to come even when we left the “please clean” sign in the door, which actually wasn’t a big deal. The breakfast was ok. The biggest issue was 1 staff member in the breakfast area. 2 of the people who worked there daily were nice and polite. 1 lady, when she was there, was absolutely rude, bordering on something worse, towards our family, every single time. First time in our travels we encountered someone like that. She single handedly, for us, brought down the rating for the stay at the hotel.

It was convenient to the airport. Staff was helpful. The place was loud, even on a Sunday night, we cold hear people running around a lot until 12-1 am at least.

Friendly, helpful! Clean Comfortable

Had an overnight stay before a flight. The hotel was clean and convenient with an airport shuttle bus. The only point to beware of is the panelling above the bedhead - not the greatest design as my bruised forehead still reminds me !

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. It is quite far from downtown Helsinki, but Uber rides were readily available.

Excellent services from the check-in, to the room. Professional staff are friendly and welcoming also there is an excellent restaurant, "try the fish!" Overall a wonderful experience. Keith Garrett

This hotel is so nice! The staff was lovely and polite,I checked in late so missed the chance to use the sauna, but there will be next time! The breakfast was amazing. Lovely coffee and fresh food to choose from, offering some Finnish delicacies like Karelian pies and cinnamon rolls! Everything was perfect.
