The front desk service was excellent and provided a great first impression. However, my experience after checking into the room was disappointing.
The housekeeping service was below expectations. Toiletries were not replenished during my stay, and overall attention to room servicing seemed lacking.
Additionally, when I requested extra bottled water, the staff were not helpful and responded rather rudely, stating that only two bottles were provided because we were not club members. The interaction felt unprofessional and did not reflect the level of hospitality expected from the brand.
Housekeeping, in particular, needs significant improvement in both service quality and guest communication. I believe the General Manager should review these service standards to ensure they are aligned with the hotel’s brand reputation and guest expectations.
