I had a very nice stay at Omena Hotel Helsinki Lönnrotinkatu. The hotel uses a code system for everything, which made the experience very convenient and modern. You need a code to enter the hotel, use the elevator, and access your room, which felt secure and easy to use.
Customer service was also excellent. Whenever I had a question or issue, I could message them through Expedia and received a reply very quickly.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the location was perfect since it is right in the center of the city. The Central Railway Station is within walking distance, and there are many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby, making it very easy to get around and enjoy Helsinki. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Great location. Near everything. Supermarket right across the street. Restaurants, bars, bakeries all within walking distance. Check-in and Check-out process very easy.

A very clean, cheap and super well located hotel. No reception, I received a code that I could use to open all doors. Everything was easy and effortless. Seeing how this is obviously a budget hitel, it was such a lovely surprise that the room still had kettle, tea, coffee, sugar etc there. Also a fridge 👍
