For the money that I paid, it was just mediocre.

We started there for 4 nights. When we arrived around 4pm or just after our room was not ready and it took them a half hour to get us one. We did not get upgraded for the wait. The cleaning service turned over the room 1 time while we were there. They only did it 1 time because we asked them to do it. We ran out of towels before we asked. The toilet clogged in our room 3 different times. Overall it was an ok experience. The breakfast in the morning was nice. But the overall look of the hotel upon arrival was little old. And the chairs were dirty and older in the lobby. The staff was nice. But to get something done it seemed we had to talk with the on staff manager. Might have had new people on staff. The noise from the city was fairly loud nightly. Which we understand, we were staying downtown. If you’re looking for a hotel with a free breakfast this is about the only one. That would save you buying one every morning. But if the breakfast isn’t a big thing for you there are many other places to stay downtown which are nicer. I say that because we have started at other places in downtown Chicago, and they were nicer.

It was clean and a convenient location, however I paid for a room with a queen sized bed and the bed was definitely not a queen! The room did not look anything like the pictures I saw. It was a corner room. It was small, awkward and had no natural light coming in since the windows were blocked by the bed and it just had an odd layout. We felt very crammed in the room. The two of us barely had any space to move around and get ready. We were already running very late for a concert, otherwise I would have said something about the bed size…. 😔

Rooms were terrific and staff was extremely courteous

Great location in Chicago downtown you have access to all the main places to visit in Chicago Riverwalk, loop, navy Pier lake

Hotel was not at alll maintained in the actual room itself. Lobby and rest of place was average, but the shower barely worked, the toilet made lots of noise constantly, and the room was the tiniest room I've ever seen or stayed in.
