There is no AC. Which wasn’t disclosed. I could hear the squeak of my bed when I turned and same for the people upstairs. While the lobby is nicely decorated the indoor hallways are a nasty stained white carpet. Also THERE IS NO BAR as advertised. They simply sell a couple alcoholic drinks which you better finish in one go as the rooms have no refrigeration. In addition the awkward arrangement with the bed and large TV made for a narrow passage. I have had some rough stays but I was expecting them. This one was falsely advertised. In addition breakfasts was less than average for European stays and it’s a solid 20 min distance from anything fun.

Clean, gorgeous, great location. Most importantly, the bed was ridiculously comfortable. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay.

This is a really cool little chic hotel. Very comfy, modern, and unique. Be warned there is no a/c, and we stayed on the 3rd floor in late May which already meant the room was very warm on arrival and had to be aired out before we could get comfortable. Be wary of that in the warm summer months (although likely typical of the area).

definitely recommend, loved that it had air conditioning. only thing i wish is that there was a mini fridge!

The room was a bit crowded but the staff was always helpful, the cleaning people were responsive. Beds were not the greatest. We might have been happier in a location a bit closer to the museum area

Stunning hotel. The design and decor is beautiful. The hotel and rooms are exactly like the photos. The hotel is very well located, close to transport links, shopping, restaurants, and tourist sites. Only bugbear is that the rooms at the very top, whilst spacious and beautiful, had slanted roofs that prevented even someone of 5"5 being able to take a shower. A warning at check-in or booking would have been helpful. However, we still enjoyed some lovely baths. Also, a regular re-stock of amenities, teas, coffees, bathroom products would also be preferred.

Very practical hotel, has everything you need. But the basics. Very clean and well cared for. Easy to access train stations and metro. Choose courtyard room if you prefer more quiet. No mini fridge in room was a disappointment for me.

My family of four (two adults, two kids aged 12 & 15), stayed here for two nights and it was perfect! We were in a room with one king bed & two twin beds. The room itself had skylight-style windows that open, and a rooftop balcony. The hotel is very modern, bright, beautifully furnished, very clean, and immaculately decorated. We took advantage of the breakfast offered by the hotel and it was definitely worth it - a very large selection of hot & cold foods with options for everyone. The location was a 20min walk to the Grand Place/Gros Markt tourist area. You could also hop on a tram, but we ended up walking most of the time. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we comfortably walked from the Grand Place back to the hotel late at night with no problem. I would highly recommend Hygge Hotel.
