Hotel is in a very nice area of Konak, close to Kültürpark. Room clean and air conditioned

Great location and overall value. Although there was a plumbing issue leaving water on the floor my first day, they corrected the issue the following day. The staff is professional but doesn’t seem to be as friendly as other hotels that I’ve stayed at in Türkiye. Excellent traditional Turkish breakfast!

There is no parking available. The water barely gets warm after waiting 5 minutes. One of the 3 front officers is very unsupportive . The shower does not have a shelf to put your stuff while bathing. The walls look dirty. The towels are clean but very old.

For the price of a 2 stars hotel, it's decent value. The twin room assigned was spacious enough except the condition of the bathroom can be improved upon. Water damage to the bottom of the wall immediate adjacent to the shower stall is apparent. Laundry noise and vibration from the 4th floor could be a distraction for some guests. Staff was always courteous.

I didn't like the hygiene aspect. There were hairs on the pillow and the hair dryer. The location is good. The receptionist was polite.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was even allowed to use the kitchen to make some meals. Breakfast was included and the food was fresh and good quality. Not much selection, however. Good quality tea, as is normal in Turkey. Coffee outside of Istanbul is pretty terrible - usually instant. The bed was great and king size. Shower was the downfall. In three days it was barely Luke-warm. On day one it was about the same temperature as the Mediterranean. Good location for taxi pick up, but a long way for public transportation. I walk everywhere so it was fine. But know your limits.

room cleaning available every day. staff are very welcome. breakfast every day the same but good. cheese boiled eggs butter jelly honey some veggies. bread and cake. tea coffee milk and cereal. air conditioner was blowing hot air. tv was not working.

Clean room, friendly staff, quiet, great value for the money
