Staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the nearby neighborhood felt very safe and pleasant for walking. We especially enjoyed the beautiful Mississippi River views. A wonderful stay in Memphis. The only minor issue was a slight odor in the elevator.

We love this place. The old charm with the intimacy of a small place away from the hustle bustle. Best place to stay in Memphis. It’s not even close.

Everything about this place is fabulous. Staff are outstanding, location is marvelous, nearby restaurants/shops are outstanding! The welcoming glass of champagne upon arrival was deeply appreciated. I cannot wait to visit the River Inn soon! Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

I had a lovely stay at the River Inn. It is a beautiful property, well decorated with beautiful views of the Mississippi River and wonderful thoughtful amenities. This is now my go to hotel when in Memphis.

Delightful hotel with a view of the Mississippi River. You can relax at the Terrace lounge and enjoy your favorite glass of spirits and watch the lights of the Memphis bridges light up after dark. Paulette’s Restaurant is on the ground floor and a wonderful place to enjoy chef inspired dishes in this 5 star restaurant.

The room was comfortable as always. I enjoyed the view of the river.
