Staff was amazing, extremely friendly even with it being very busy when we arrived. There was ample staff on hand for the valet parking and check in was a breeze. The lobby and common areas were all very clean and well-maintained.
The room was the perfect size for two folks in town for a concert - this hotel is within walking distance, about 2 blocks and less than half a mile from Miller High Life Theater. Room was clean, although the bathroom was on the smaller side. The room did come with amenities - a closet to hang items in, and a fridge and microwave in the tv stand console, along with a desk, desk chair, and an arm chair. Air conditioner worked very well.
The cookies and free waters were a nice plus as well, and overall was a value for the cost, given how close the venue was. The parking was an additional cost, but again worth it to me to not need to deal with the hassle of parking and being able to walk to the venue and back!
