Awesome place to stay while there watching the Hawks. Perfect location

Convenience to city centre and helpfulness of staff

The room was very clean and had all we needed. The only thing missing was robes, but that’s not a deal breaker. Beautiful bathroom 😍 Bed was comfortable. The only downsides - minor - was that the room was cold when we entered. It would have been a nice touch for the room to be warm. Also, the hallway was very cold. Never had this at a hotel before. Staff were excellent and the Bluestonw Kitchen had beautiful food 😍

Staff very helpful

Over rates . I believe the website overstated what it was. Rooms were tired. Carpet was stained . No minibar apart from a box of goodies that the receptionist pulled from a store room. Order a bottle of champagne in advance of our arrival. I found it warm in the fridge. No ice bucket , no champagne glasses. Had to call for those. Marketing team should be proud . As a customer I am underwhelmed. It is on me , I got sold to. My bad.

Staff excellent. Lobby could do with a complete update but hotel was close to a lot of amenities
