Fantastique Très bien situé, près du metro et de bons restos. Notre famille a beaucoup apprécié la propreté de l'hôtel, l'eau chaude dans la douche et la climatisation au dodo :)

Super The room was spotless felt clean spacious .
Washroom was clean and bright.
The staff were very helpful and recommended amazing places to eat.
Close to a meteo and 25 min walk from historic center. As well as 15 min walk from a business neighborhood .
The guesthouse is located on a busy street , but with closed windows and AC it is not felt at all.
Good stay will come again

Very comfortable and well run small hotel in authentic Lisbon neighbourhood. Lots of local places to have breakfast, lunch and supper. Good air conditioning and Wifi. Metro close by. Easy taxi ride to airport. Only drawback is no elevator - and lots of stairs - if you have heavy luggage.

This was a quick overnight stay before heading to the airport the next morning. The staff was super helpful and accommodating to our slightly early arrival. There was excellent communication prior to our arrival and during our stay. The room was super cute and comfortable, and the fridge was stocked with water (that you had to pay for, but nice to have the option). Overall, I would recommend this place.

I would have appreciated more assistance with my baggage, considering the fact that I was placed on the fourth floor with no elevator and I requested assistance in advance. They did not provide clear instructions for gaining entry to the property. The condition of the fourth floor apartment is not great. There is considerable water damage on the ceiling and walls in two of the three bedrooms, which clearly need to be repaired. Also, one of the bedrooms did not have AC, which means two of my children had to share a room. This is not what we were expecting, nor what we paid for. Also, if anyone has balance issues, the 4th floor apartment flooring is not level, so that may pose a problem for you.

We loved this cute hotel, it was good value for our stay. It was clean and the staff was great. We especially liked the kitchen and garden area. It was a bit far from all the restaurants, bars and sights so we did a LOT of walking to central Lisbon when we stayed here.
