Had the change rooms because toilet didn’t work and got a worse room. Desk staff didn’t even apologize.

Location was convenient! Didn’t look too much like the pictures, definitely way more outdated and work was being done on the hotel during my stay which was loud and the smell of paint was very strong. The restaurant that is connected had this rude bartender guy and we were very excited for the bottomless mimosas we were told about but they didn’t have champagne during my whole stay and told us we could be our own champagne, we would just have to pay more for them to use their glasses and add orange juice which makes no sense and i don’t understand why they couldn’t run to a store and get some bottles rather than waiting on a shipment that was arriving for a whole week. When trying to rent kayaks we were told we would have to put it out on the water ourselves and get into them ourselves and the person working it just recommended other rental places to us instead which was weird and i mainly booked this hotel because of the rentals. outdoor pool was very small and not clean.

The room was clean and comfortable.Great view. There was coffee and multiple power outlets including USB. The property is very central. I wish the staff had told us about the underpass to Tin City across the road when we arrived. The staff were courteous and helpful. Found a great breakfast place near the back entrance.

There was a $25 per day fee for parking, which we were unaware of beforehand. Location was perfect and covered patio was beautiful with a great view. Hotel is outdated but clean. Shower was a bit confusing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would choose to stay here again if I was in Naples.

We got a room with a nice view of the bay. I enjoyed that.

Everything was clean and good , the beds really need updated though… I’m 35 and woke up feeling 85 (no pun intended) but seriously I woke up in a lot of pain… my partner & I didn’t get a restful sleep.. the bed was horribly uncomfortable… the air conditioning systems were very noisy as well .. but the staff were very friendly and helpful the location was perfect very close to everything and the room itself was very clean. I didn’t like the $20.00 parking fee… if your a guest staying at the hotel.. $20.00 A DAY for parking for guest is wild work taking into account all the free parking on 5th Ave is WILD 👎 it’s giving I’m a cheap hotel trying to dig into the pockets of my customers and not really accommodate simple things like parking .. this isn’t a resort it’s a INN ….and it’s off peak season

This hotel is so cute and so conveniently located. Tin City shopping, restaurants, 5th Avenue. What’s not to love ? Fair priced clean rooms. I started out in a city view room and liked it but I highly recommend the bay view room. So pretty! Their restaurant has very good food and drinks and excellent service! Alyssa is an excellent server/bartender and the front desk attendant, LeeLee was also very warm and welcoming; she went out of her way to be accommodating when I had to switch rooms. I Highly recommend this place. I have come out to Naples to visit my best friend almost every year for 30 years now and I’d absolutely stay here again.
