Hotel Giberti & Spa is in a great location, around a 10-minute walk from both Verona station and the city centre, making it ideal for exploring Verona and taking day trips. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable with excellent air conditioning and a good shower. We also found the laundry service efficient and reasonably priced.
However, it didn’t quite feel like a four-star hotel. Amenities were fairly basic, with no slippers, robes or iron provided, and the breakfast was average. Noise was also an issue, as we could hear other guests and doors slamming throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a solid hotel in a convenient location, but closer to a good three-star experience than a four-star one.
