Property was clean and beautiful, while some staff were super helpful the majority were rude. On check in only 3 beds were made up (for 4 paid people) we arrived late at night and had to wait for them to come and makeup the 4th bed, this was broken so we then had a further wait for a new bed to be brought in.
Room was clean and spacious for a family, maids were friendly and always made sure we had everything.
Pool is beautiful, large and plenty of sunbeds available. Towels are also available around the pool to use which is helpful. They really do not allow any sort of food/drinks around the pool or hotel (not even a birthday cake for a member of our party) buffet breakfast had a huge range available and was good value for money, although food from the bar area was not. We were served a raw chicken burger with missing items from despite pointing to menu while ordering due to language barrier.
Luggage room available if you have a late flight, but no shower room to use to clean and change.
