En dessous de la moyenne 1. Poor hospitality when checking in, teasing visitors not seeing the self check-in machine
2. Limited choice and bad qualities of food
3. Charged 2000 Yen per item for luggage storage

FantastiqueSéjour en couple
Solid, basic choice for visiting Hakata. Location is central, close to the station. Room is fine, clean, large enough for opening 2 large suitcases (without much room to spare but still OK). Breakfast is good. The only thing odd about this hotel is that they will be charging you to store luggage on the day of check-out (check-in storage is fine). Probably not that expensive, but that is unusual for hotels in Japan or elsewhere.

I would like to thank the staff for assisting to upgrade the room to an available bigger room. I appreciate the effort for moving the extra bed as well.
Thank you and well done!

Bien Everything about the hotel was perfect. Only the issue was the AC did not go below 18 Celsius in the windows are shut and they can’t be open to get air.
