Bien The location was good, but the noice level was too high outside and using the ear plugs didn’t help. We were there for 4 nights and on the second day we ran out of body soap, shampoo and conditioner. I told the property management of the situation. I was told to go get whatever we needed from the storage room. When we went to the storage room they didn’t have what we needed. So I wrote back stating that they don’t have it and I didn’t get any response back. So I used the little body soap I had bought from back home but it was not enough for the four of us. I was really upset that after paying so much money they couldn’t provide us for the basics.

Fantastique Huge room, clean. Conformable beds. A bit noisy outside as it is on the busy street, but the earplugs were provided. Location is excellent, overnight parking is 4 min walk

Bien The location for perfect, right in the center of town do we could walk everywhere, we didn’t rent a car but a lot of street noise at night which we didn’t mind. The apartment was not very clean and we only got 5 towels for 5 people for a 4 night 5 day stay. Requested more towels but they never responded. The whole place needs some TLC from top to bottom, had a glass table in the hall way for 2 days and finally removed it and left glass on the hallway floor, didn’t clean it up until I e-mailed them about it. Other than the location, we would not stay there again

It is right above a bar that plays live music every night. It didn’t bother us too much but it can get quite loud at night.
Room itself was good for a family of 4, but in general needs a little updating/tlc.

Loved how close it was to everything we wanted to see in the area. The rainbow street is just one street over and we were above the bookstore bar. It was a bit loud when the band was playing at the bar but they ended early (11p) and the host of the apartment provided several packs of disposable ear plugs if we wanted. We didn't need them at all though. With it being light most of the time we rarely went to bed before 11p and opted to go downstairs to see the bands play!

Things we wish had been communicated: there is no parking nearby and the parking system is different here so a guide to the closest overnight parking would have been ver helpful especially because you can’t just drop off luggage and your party at the door because it’s a pedestrian street where the front door is. Also, it was not disclosed until we got into our room that there’s a live band that lays at the restaurant downstairs late into the night. Foam ear plugs were provided, but that definitely was not going to drown out that noise. The front bedroom desperately needs blackout curtains! The blinds left big gaps and were broken in places during full daylight night. There was also construction right in front of our building with a scaffolding and banging on our windows in the morning. Would’ve been nice to have a heads up for that. Otherwise we lived the location, spacious apartment, easy communication with codes to enter.

SuperSéjour en couple
Our room was great we stayed in a studio. It was easy access to all the main attractions, streets and restaurants. They Flybus stop is only a few minute walk away.
The room was clean and open. We arrived early in the morning, although we were not able to check-in early there was a spot to store are luggage. We used this time to explore, grab coffee and eat.
The only downfall was our code to the main doors would not work at times. The communication was efficient and they were quick to fix it every time.
