Great location very walkable to many sights and also very close to bus and metro

My husband and I really like this hotel. I have to say, though on approaching the entrance, we were pretty creeped out. It was dirty on the outside with overflowing trash all over the sidewalks and some sketchy looking folks hanging about. We arrived after dark. That said, we were in Genoa, and the city is pretty gritty overall. The location was great. The inside of the hotel was very nice and the artistic flare was much appreciated. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was terrific. I do think that paying extra attention to the entry area is warranted. It was a turn off. Inside, it’s like you are stepping into another world. In short, don’t let the entry area put you off.

Very very spacious… an older building but my suite was well appointed and updated. Clise to all amenities… I loved it!

Great hotel, spacious, friendly and welcoming staff, I had a pleasant stay. One remark, the noise isolation is not great so you feel any doors rattle outside, which is quite loud. But I had a great time and appreciate the stuff. Thank you.

We spent one night at the property, this was clean and spacious, this is very centric to the main attractions in Genoa. The only negative point is at night, the place is surrounded by tramps which makes the place uncomfortable.

Just two nights during a heatwave. Great location but entrance bit scruffy. Friendly staff very helpful especially with complicated parking arrangements. Room spacious for a city centre hotel.

Great location and large room. Check in was good and receptionists was gave plenty of infabout the city. Breakfast was partial buffet and partial order service. The logic of having to order fruit salad and cheese + ham was lost on me. Waited 15 minutes to learn that the order had been lost and than another 10 minutes to receive a coffee and small plate of ham. However, no bread or croissant available on buffet when this was served! Suggest that changes need to be made
