My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. I arrived very tired after a long trip, and even though I arrived two hours after the official check-in time, my room was still not ready and I had to wait. There was no real consideration or proper apology, which made the situation even more frustrating. For such an expensive hotel, the level of service is far from acceptable.
Additionally, the amenities are very limited. They only provide water and coffee for free, and everything else comes at an extra cost. What’s worse is that the price list is not transparent—it’s hidden behind the snacks, which feels misleading.
Overall, I don’t think the experience justifies the price. I expected much more for what I paid.
