Nice stay. Clean. Quick response from staff. Good A/C. The only small negative was the inconsistency of hot water delivery from the shower, requiring frequent adjustments.

En dessous de la moyenne Not worth it. Only positive is rooftop pool..
We are completely unhappy with the room in terms of cleanliness and lack of room maintenance/upkeep. From the stain bath towels, around the building the hallway smells, overpowering loud/annoying noise when the AC is turned on, weird smell in the bathroom and stains/ dirt around the room and bathroom.
Wifi does not work outside of room, in gym, pool area or around building.
The gym facilities that we saw on the website (with view and modern) were not in the building we were based in (the bliss).
Unclean facilities and amenities for example the kettle.
Checked out early.

En dessous de la moyenne While booking we confirmed sea facing rooms but we were not giving the same. The facilities under the room like microwave, induction and bathtubs were not functioning properly.

A very nice 2-bedroom apartment. Everything was fine, except for two minor issues: 1) Quite noisy despite being on top of the local hill; nearby mosque would blast calls for prayers even at 5am. Not very loud though due to distance. 2) Being almost at the top of the hill, it was rather quite exhausting to walk up. Good exercise for younger guests.
