Loved it. The sunrise view on the beach was stunning. The location was great too. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The room was spacious, looking out to the pool & d beach. I didn’t like the musky smell when I first entered the room. I swam at the beach but the water was not clean & smelled of gasoline. I think from the boats nearby. Thank you. Great hotel overall.

Very clean, comfy bed with great pillows. All staff members were lovely people. Pool is very nice! Breakfast is great with a variety of American, European and Asian options. The Italian restaurant has great pizza and Indonesian restaurant had very delicious food. I did not get a chance to try the Japenese one. Had a great, peaceful stay!

Just could not fault it. Superb job all at Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa! Your attention to detail at all levels - incredible - I dropped $$ under my bed - the housekeeper returned it to me - I am very grateful. From start to finish it was a great experience - thank you.

The room was clean and huge with a spa in the bathroom. No Netflix access on TV though. Wifi great. Service around the pool could be improved to save having to go up to the bar to order every time. Pool great. Nice Balinese feel to the hotel.
