Hotel was ok. Would not choose to stay here again if we ever visit Naples. Our room had a shower drainage issue and when we brought it up to the front staff, they said I had turned the water on too hard and that’s why it wasn’t draining. They said to wait 10 minutes and try again, ok. Time went by and again the shower would not drain. We were told we would have to wait until the next day for them to try and figure it out and if they can’t fix it then we could just use the shower in a separate room in which one of our other family members was staying. This was a ridiculous solution since we were paying for our own room to use, not someone else’s. Next day came and after our day long excursion we were told cleaning staff fixed the issue. Went to test it and it was worse. The water began to back up by the host stand. The front staff then moved us to a different room, mind you this was late in the evening and we were traveling with our 1 year old. Albeit The new room was nicer, we were still frustrated at the situation. The front staff were nice and understanding and reached out to management to see if there was anything to do for the inconvenience. We asked if they could provide the breakfast (7 euros per person) and management said no,that they did enough with the new room.In fact management never reached out to us during our time there. Needless to say, our experience here was not great. If you have an issue, don’t expect management to offer help. My opinion,DO NOT STAY HERE.

Very friendly and helpful. I enjoy having a balcony overlooking the tourist street. I did some shopping and was able to walk to the ferry in the morning.

Central choice right beside Toledo Metro station - there is a lift but not right to hotel entrance so you still have to lift heavy luggage up stairs - room clean and very adequate. Broken balcony door allowed for a little outdoor street noise but nothing drastic.

Nice hotel in a good location. No breakfast except in room and some minor issues like no shampoo available made it ok rather than good.

Nicely located, simple hotel. Perfect for a one night stay. Great service!

We were put into a room with a tiny window covered by what can best be described as a prison grid. Asked to speak to the manager but he /she was never present in the hotel .Receptionists were very helpful .I would avoid this hotel

No windows in room so felt claustrophobic. Lots of stairs which was hard with suitcases. Not easy to find behind a big door nor clearly signed. Definitely not suitable for disabled

Perfect spot to explore old Naples. Everything we wanted to go to was within 15 minutes walk.

The staff was excellent, the building is hidden behind scaffolding as it is being renovated. The entrance was so frightening looking that I almost cancelled my reservation. It seemed very unsafe outside the hotel. The staff was excellent and compensated for the exterior appearance.

Very nice Hotel, Great area, the staff were very helpful. The third bed in our room a little small
