The hotel is very family friendly with a central pool and all balconies over looking the pool.

The property is little old and doesn’t have any amenities like access to food. They have the snacks upfront and want charge them also no heathy options The doors were very heavy on the room and also poop door which slammed on my ankle and took skin out . Room service option are so bad we did not eat Please don’t order any teriyaki as the chicken tasted old and no flavor . Thr elevators took for ever to come . Will not be back here again especially if you’re traveling with little kids .

The staff was super friendly! Food was good and loved the easy access to the beach. I just was not happy with the restaurant set up. The tables are set up right where the kids are running in and out of the pool and there is no actual bar that you can sit at. The housekeeping staff were all so kind and helpful! I would definitely go back! FYI parking was $45 a night 😫

Great location and staff is fantastic.

Traveled with my boyfriend and brother here, have nothing but great things to say. The staff was so kind and helpful. The included bikes were great because we didn’t rent a car, everything is a close walk though. Plenty of food and bars, surf shops and gift shops. Beach was a close walk down the pier. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay!!! Excellent location and helpful staff. Loved running on the strand and our photos of sunsets. Also recommend a Drift latte from the Drift cafe!

Nice Hotel next to the beach

What a special place San Diego is, and what a great stay we had in this hotel. We spent a week here and it was one of our best vacations to date. The rooms are super clean with comfortable beds, the pool is immaculate, the food is great, and the view is hard to beat. The sunsets from the balcony were gorgeous, and I’d highly recommend splurging on a full ocean view if you can. The neighborhood is walkable with tons of great restaurants in the area. All of that said, the best thing about our stay was the service. The staff is so helpful and friendly, and they all genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. Special shout out to Alexa, Jake, and Talon and the front desk and Kaya and Maddy at the pool. We cannot thank you guys enough for making us feel so welcome. We hope to be back for another visit soon!

Great beach front hotel close to restaurants and bars. I had an ocean front room which was very quiet and I watched the sunset from my balcony. Room was large with a bar, mini fridge, small sink and microwave. I would book again.
