We were delighted to be upgraded to a Dom room with a dual aspect view. A VERY LARGE ROOM WITH SUPERB AIR-CONDITIONING. We spent three evenings on the wonderful roof-top bar with high quality cocktails and friendly service. (Other evening at the Staatsoper for Debussy). The breakfast was very high quality but in the heatwave we also breakfasted next door in a great vegetarian cafe for a lighter option. All reception staff were most helpful. Hackescher Markt is our favourite area to stay and normally there is a direct S Bahn line to the airport for 5 euros...or change at Hauptbahnhof for a slightly quicker train at the same price.

Hotel was very conveniently located and perfect for a solo traveller wanting to explore the main tourist attractions in Berlin. Rooms were clean, staff were pleasant and everything worked well. Would come back!

A good hotel, in a great area and at a decent price.

Great location to explore various neighborhoods

Evening staff was very nice, hospitable and funny. Made my stay comfortable and enjoyable

Lovely hotel. Great location. Very clean. Comfortable bed, amazing rooftop bar

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic area. Staff were really helpful and the bar area was beautiful. Our room was cosy. Only negative was it is a little noisy as our room overlooked the tram line and its quite near the train line but we just put some brown noise on and it was no problem. We were upgraded to a corner quite so we couldn't complain. We would definitely stay here again.

all good

Hotel was very clean, friendly staff and incredible location! They also very kindly upgraded our room for my birthday which had incredible views of the cathedral!!

Rooms are clean - although ours was fairly small. It was a shame there was no kettle or fridge in the room. Fire in the lounge was amazing!
