En dessous de la moyenne Items were stolen from room around 10am when informed them they said they would get back to me...THAT NEVER HAPPENED !!!
Beds were old metal cheap framed with trash mattress!
Overall this had no Air No fans no window or screens just Mosquitos...over all TOTAL DUMP

En dessous de la moyenne Door lock was broken. Patio door took Herculean strength to open. Bed was simultaneously soft and lumpy, but also hard. Have never experienced anything quite like that! Breakfast consisted of a few granola bars and instant oatmeal pockets. Overall, the worst hotel stay we've experienced.

Upon arrival, the room was clean, but there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. There were three of us, so we went to the office to get an extra roll and was told they were out until their shipment came sometime the next day. Luckily, we travel with extra. The next day we asked for clean towels and they were out as well. Our room had a nice view of the lake and the docks are convenient for fishing. Make sure you bring everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Everything is minimal, including the “free”breakfast.

Office is open for a limited time. Gotta have patience. Parking is a struggle. The white lines haven’t been touched up in a while. Stairs to get to all rooms from office. No a/c in rooms, so if it gets hot, keep windows open and use ceiling fan. Mattresses were quite old and metal springs were obvious as soon as you sit. Fireplace has a two inch flame that can’t be turned off. Not great if trying to cool down the room.

Bedspread had stains walked barefooted and dirt on my feet no air conditioning but the manager brought a box fan. Room needs a deep cleaning as well as doors . However was just there for one night will not return .

My family had a very unhappy experience, the hotel was very dirty, the room was very dirty, the breakfast was terrible. The staff is not friendly, I am very disappointed with the appreciation, it is not true.

SuperSéjour en famille avec enfants
First of all staff was excellent. I loved this property because they are so relaxed about dogs and having the lake in the ducks just made our dogs have the time of their lives.
