We stayed here for 5 nights and unfortunately would not recommend this hotel.
Our experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The swimming pool was closed during our stay, and the air conditioning in our room was not working. Although we were moved to another room, we were eventually told that the hotel was experiencing ongoing air conditioning issues. As a result, we spent two nights unable to sleep properly because the room was so hot.
What was most frustrating was the lack of urgency from the staff. No effective solution was provided, and no alternative arrangements were offered despite the issue significantly affecting our stay.
In addition, both rooms we stayed in had mold in the bathrooms, which was unacceptable. The hotel itself feels very outdated and poorly maintained. For the price charged, we expected a property in much better condition.
To make matters worse, we were unable to receive a refund and therefore had no option but to remain at the hotel for the duration of our stay.
Overall, we feel that we wasted our money and would not stay here again.
