It is situated in the main shopping and business district Bur Dubai, which is known for housing some of the oldest buildings of Dubai such as Sheikh Maktoum's House. All the accommodation units are outfitted with state of art fittings and have en suite bathroom with complete range of toiletries. There is kitchenette in both types of suites. Room service is excellent and meets guests' satisfaction.
