Originally had an issue with room assignment, had booked a non smoking room, but the room provided had a heavy lingering cigarette smell. Team were quick to remedy this by offering a new room which is much appreciated.
We found during our stay the air con wasn’t sufficient enough to combat the humidity, meaning the room temp was uncomfortable and often the room smelt like damp carpet. This is despite setting the fan to max. Would have enjoyed our stay more if it werent for this issue. Overall, staff were super friendly and helpful, highlight of our stay.
