The hotel itself was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing due to the service and amenities.
The staff was generally not very courteous or helpful, and interactions often felt like guests were inconveniencing them rather than being welcomed. The valet service was especially frustrating—extremely expensive for what was offered and poorly managed.
If you’re staying here for events at Nissan Stadium, be aware that it’s a much longer walk than advertised and not particularly convenient, especially in the heat or after a late event.
The gym is outdated and could use a thorough cleaning and equipment refresh. The pool area was also underwhelming and didn’t feel like much of a resort-style amenity.
Overall, the hotel itself has potential, but the service, valet experience, and amenities did not justify the price.
