Overall, my stay was average. There wasn't anything seriously wrong with the hotel, and the staff was professional, but the property is clearly showing its age. The rooms, furniture, and facilities feel worn out, and several things no longer work as they should. The hotel could really benefit from a major renovation. The biggest issue was the poor soundproofing—you can hear conversations, doors, and noise from neighboring rooms very easily, which makes it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It wasn't a terrible experience, but considering the price and the current condition of the hotel, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

From the moment we stepped into this beautiful mansion, every detail was handled with pure professionalism by almost everyone we encountered. ​The Welcome & Room ​The check-in was seamless, and our luggage was delivered to the room before we even finished the paperwork! The hotel hallways have an enchanting scent that makes the atmosphere feel truly dreamy. Our room offered a breathtaking view of Lake Argentino, and it was impeccably clean with an excellent bed and high-quality amenities. ​The Breakfast & Unique Details ​Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh pastries, cheeses, and even hot chocolate to enjoy by the window. We also loved the eco-friendly water refill station near reception; the water is exceptionally pure and light. ​Final Feedback for Management ​Despite our wonderful stay, I must mention a disappointing incident during our final minutes. We were waiting in the lobby for a taxi, yet the lady at the reception ordered a taxi for a British guest who arrived 15 minutes after us (and who hadn't even paid the late check-out fee of 160,000 Pesos). This caused us unnecessary waiting time for the next taxi. I hope this specific staff member receives proper feedback to ensure fair treatment for all guests in t

Very good property with beautiful views. Room was clean and well appointed, staff was helpful, it was a nice place. The only disadvantage (or advantage, depending on perspective) is that it was a bit out of town, so the main street with all the restaurants was not as easily walkable. We had a car so it didn't bother us. Stayed in March of 2026.
