Buen hotel , buen servicio al cliente!

We enjoyed our stay in the Magic Mountain hotel, everything was amazing, the staff, the pool, the breakfast, the location and the cleanness. Thank you for everything

The room was big, clean and spacious and the breakfast was very good.

Had the absolute best time!

The hotel is a little bit old. You can see that. But it was a good stay. Amenities were goid and very nice staff and giid breakfast

The staff were friendly, but the elevator wasn’t working most of the time

El tv no funcionaba del todo bien y en la reserva te dise claro tv x cable y si llamas te dicen que están negociando pero en la estadía perdiste el tv

Very nice

Great place to stay. Kept clean when I was there. Staff friendly. Breakfast reasonable. Can add some spice for breakfast omlet. Indian customer would like that. Pool is clean. Stay there again if add spices for indian Breakfast.

Staff was very helpful. Property was very well maintained. Only complaint that I have is that our tv was not working during our whole stay. I was looking forward to watch World Cup games in my room but it was not possible. Although the games were available at the pool and bar. Esther was exceptional she cleaned our room everyday and went above and beyond by leaving us towels in the shapes of an elephant, a snake and more as well as flowers. Also I was very grateful that hotel gave us a bottle of wine
