Free parking, good breakfast selection. Very helpful staff

We stayed in the Junior Suite. I was surprised by haw very small the rooms were with almost no storage space. It had us tripping over suitcases the entire stay. The terrace was fabulous! Views from the terrace were also wonderful. Location was good. Breakfast was monotonous. We stayed 7 days and it was the same scrambled eggs and boiled chicken sausage every day with minimal changes in variety. The staff was very helpful and the tour service was great. Bolt taxi was extremely cheap which made transportation simple

We were only able to stay here 1 night and had to leave very early, so we didn't get the breakfast. However, we found this hotel to be well maintained and the location was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

We paid for a junior suite, and what we got was not what was advertised. I’m pretty sure they gave us the wrong room, but we were only there for one night and it wasn’t until hours after we checked in that we realized the room we got was not what we saw prior to booking. The room was okay. It wasn’t pristinely clean; the grout between the tiles in the shower needed to be sprayed with bleach and scrubbed with a toothbrush. Otherwise, it appeared clean. I’m probably just being nitpicky, but that’s something I notice. The balcony was nothing special; no plants, minimal furniture; the wall needed a paint job. Scratches and dents on furniture. It’s been lived in, I get it. I don’t expect perfection, but I was just a little surprised. Overall, the room was fine. I just thought it would be better for $100/night. I paid $88/night for a hotel in Telavi that was completely luxurious.

Towels felt unclean. Rooms were very small.

Great location.

I was expecting more from a 4-star hotel. Telephone and safe were not working in my room. Noise coming from a truck in 5 am in the morning did not let me sleep well. (not hotel's fault but still windows could not more sound-proof). Staff was helpful and breakfast was ok. 15 min walk to old town.

The place is just ok. The rooms weren’t very great. Breakfast is decent. Our room had no view even though on our booking we had selected city view we werent given a room with a good view.
