I had nothing to say about the hotel itself. It’s clean and nice. But when we checked out, I was told that the bedsheet filler or duvert filler was missing. The day we checked in the room, the only thing that was there was the thin outside cover without a filler. It was folded and placed on top of a counter by the wall. I believe that the housekeeping failed to add the filler. The filler wasn’t there to begin with. I am a frequent traveler who have been to 40 countries speaking in conferences and another functions. It is such an unpleasant feeling to be thought of one who stole a bedsheet! My wife and I checked in with each carrying a small backpack for an overnight stay. We checked out with the same small items on our shoulder. No comforter that thick will ever fit a small backpack! I hope the hotel management will make sure this bad experience will never happen to any of their guests.

Find a different hotel! There’s better once for the same price

Yes room was spotless staff was outstanding.

Too much Air Freshner perfumery smell in the hallway . It is not good for people with sensitive Respiratory Tract and with Asthma.

Whole staff is nice and kind

Clean room, good breakfast, staff were very helpful & accommodating. Some good restaurants nearby.

Property is older but well maintained and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They put me in the first floor with a window but there’s a huge wall against it ! Duh ? I was hungry & thirsty at midnight , and there’s no restaurant service . NO Bar service either . NO ice maker available. No snack bar . No fruits . No nothing to eat . The next day , we’re in the pool & ordered ice in a small bucket , we were charged! Really ? But the standard rooms are clean & beds were comfortable . The free breakfast could use change ! It was OK! No free cappuccino . No mangoes ! Dry out sliced breads. The offering was stingy ! But the staff is nice .

Our reunions was held here and I was amazed with the excellent customer service rendered by the guard at the door , from desk personnel, porter , housekeeping , restaurant personnel .. I will highly recommend this hotel ! Thank you !🌷
