Just what you need for a budget stay. Quite noisy in the corridors of the hotel when people are coming and going, which is to be expected.
No tea or coffee in the rooms, or a kettle. There is a very tiny bar downstairs near reception, we didn’t use it but I know they sell water and other drinks.
Hotel is within walking distance to everything you need, including transport links.
Overall, would come back again.

Super The staff were great. It was in an ideal location as close to the station and about a 40 minute walk to the Duomo. Would definitely stay here again when in the city :)

It is a relatively very cheap hotel with cheap services and quality in a great location near the centrale.

Not a great stay, the room in appeareance was ok, but it had a terrible tabbaco smell, as if the last person who stayed smoked in the room
