Great, calming place. It was perfect for our part of the trip as we wanted to relax and be surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The majority of people who stayed here were older people and families, but I did not mind that at all. There are a lot of amenities and it was the small features that made me feel extra comfortable. I absolutely loved the foot bath that was out on the balcony for example. Also, the view was excellent. I had my first onsen experience here as well. It was a lovely and relaxing experience. I wish it was more common to have that as a regular part of our day and culture. My friend and I also tried the in-room massage. It was an interesting experience but I could not fully get over the fact that it was in our room. The massage ladies were nice but also got shocked by our body types...anyway, overall it was a great experience. I would definitely stay there again.

スタッフの対応も良く、温泉、食事共に大満足でした。部屋に清潔感もあり良かったのですが、夜寝る時、静かになると設備の水をくみ上げる音なのか騒音が響いていたのが気になりました。

宿泊前は食事がバイキング…　戸惑いがありましたが10歳から88歳迄と幅広い年齢層でも皆美味しく沢山食べられ大満足でした！　内風呂付きのお部屋も大満足で次回のファミリーイベントにも是非とも利用させていただきたいです！　有り難うございました.ocn.ne.jp

価格を考慮するとかなりお得なホテルです。 バイキングの中華料理は、食べる人が少ないから残るともったいないと思います。 刺身のクオリティと種類は良くないし、寿司のネタも残念です。 天婦羅の２度揚げは良くない。 料理の種類を精査して品質を向上してください。

It’ a traditonal Japanese Hotel with hot spring we expected. It’s good. Clean room, nice outside bath, many menu of dinner and breckfast with tasting.

1歳にも満たない息子と一緒に家族旅行にいきましたが、 離乳食もあり、温泉も子供用のバスもありゆっくり過ごすことができました。

大浴場、食事も朝夕共に大満足な内容ですが、Hotel自体が古いためお部屋の天井、ふすま、壁、トイレ　と古さ（清潔感を感じられません）が目立ち、子供は怖がり落ち着くことが出来ませんでした。　リフォームをご検討頂きたいです。

ホテルのスタッフの方々の細やかなサービスのおかけで、大変快適に過ごすことができました。ぜひまた利用したいと思います。部屋は清潔に保たれ、食事もとても美味しかったです。

二千有此質數值得，自助餐普通但可拼酒量!唯此地方冇高速路需耐心行駛!週邊環境優美!

部屋は清潔感があり広くて綺麗でした。 夕食は個室で懐石料理でしたが、全てのお料理が美味しく感動しました。接客も親切かつ丁寧でとても素晴らしかったです。 とても素敵な旅行になりました。ぜひまた行きたいです。
