Room was tidy (which is the most important thing for us). We just wanted a clean, basic hotel and were happy with the experience. The staff were all lovely and really helpful! We didn't love the breakfast to be honest (it didn't seem super fresh), but we were happy with our stay.

Really good location and only a short walk to the bus station. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Puerto , there was something for everyone to eat and very good quality. The building was very clean and had great WiFi . I’ve been here 3 times now and will be booking again in the future.

Pleasant stay. Good thing was able to get UK TV eg BBC1 and ITV. This is very unusual. Rooms were nice with kitchen area.
Was not impressed with breakfast, it was OK but missing some items. Good value. Recommended.

En dessous de la moyenne Budget hotel in a reasonably good location close to public parking. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was pretty welcoming and accommodating. These are all the pluses. The condition of the property, however, is terrible. No air conditioning (as expected), but there was also low air circulation in the room. Even being terribly tired after a long day you may not have a comfortable sleep. Furniture, walls are all awfully tired. On the top of all, room had no flowing water in the morning. So you can’t take a shower, flush the toilet or even wash your hands.
So I would never return and never recommend anyone staying here!

The hotel is very conveniently located near the bus station, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are very good. On the down side the wifi was unreliable and could not be accessed at peak times, secondly my room's only source of natural light was a light well which was a bit depressing.
