If you choose to stay here, these are the things that I encountered in my two nights stay as a disabled woman with a service animal.
Be prepared to pay $250 as a deposit for your service animal.
Because as I was told, the Hilton is not animal friendly . Be prepared to show proof that your animal is in fact a service animal .
Be Prepared to have a small breakdown !
Be prepared if you need to use the elevator, your mobility device may not fit while others are inside, so your wait time may be longer .I was told only one typically works at a time .
If the older woman at the front desk and the older gentleman that comes out from the corner of the office, be prepared to be told that you should be grateful and that they are giving you a courtesy to allow allowing you to stay because you have a dog.
I was told none of my requests were input into the system after all of this and all this I was placed in a room that would be for visually impaired due to the fact that I was unprepared of the bright floodlight that would invade my room for the next 48 hours.
I was unprepared at the floodlight to invade my room at 1:30 in the morning.
I was unprepared to be treated with such disrespect.
I WAS UNPREPARED AS A DISABLED PERSON TO ENCOUNTER SUCH UGLINESS FROM PEOPLE !!
