Great location and breakfast

Great location and property, very clean, nice to have two pillows (one soft and one firm) and the breakfast was delicious. The two things for improvement: Room colors very primary bold, could be more subdude and beds too firm.

This property was so great, close to restaurants and shopping! The hotel staff were really amazing and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit here again!

My room was spotlessly clean. All five staff members who met were helpful, cheerful and friendly. The breakfast was better than average, including scrambled eggs, yogurt, meats & cheeses, fresh fruits, etc. It is well situated with a short walk to all the sites. I would stay there again.

Large and convenient rooms, very polite and friendlt staff

Nice stay

Excellent breakfast, great food.

Cleanness of the hotel was subpar. I’m glad we stayed only one night.

Really friendly and helpful staff, ideal location and beautifully decorated. Felt more like a 4 star than 3. Highly recommend, will return

The hotel held the full amount of the stay as the "deposit" but didn't tell me about it. I thought my stay was automatically charged. Then, when I checked out, staff asked me to swipe my card to pay for my stay, saying that my stay was unpaid. I was unaware of the amount that was automatically deducted from my account so I paid on site when I check out. Then I found out that the hotel charged the same amount twice. Then I called the hotel and staff explained that the first automatic charge was "on hold" and would be returned to me. But three days after I checked out it was still not returned. Then I called again and emailed , finally staff returned that automatic charge to me. The largest amount of deposit I have ever seen is $50 for the entire stay and would be returned or canceled right after checking out .The issue is that , had I not checked my bank account and left the country, I would never have realize the double charge until much later. But otherwise, the stay was comfortable, hotel condition is good, convenient location and good breakfast.
