DO NOT STAY HERE! There is a nightclub that blasts music till 4am every night of the week on the top floor and it kept me awake on the second floor.There is no escaping it,you have been warned! Staff do not care,wifi is lousy and is constantly dropping out. I was booked for two weeks and staff refused to give me a refund so I could go and stay elsewhere.Totally unbelievable. Worst stay anywhere in my life.

From the moment of entering the hotel the customer service was above and beyong. I went to my room and was very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpfull. Hotel is within walking minutes to the beach and so many food/shopping places close by. I can't wait to come back and stay here again.

Staff are always courteous and pleasant, room was acceeptable standard, food in the restaurant was very good. Pool and gym were not very good, seemed a little bit of a dumping ground, relocate the gym and make the pool area a more enjoyable place to be, open it up with a retractable canopy to allow people to enjoy the sunshine. Spa was first class.

Hotel is good I stay one night it was okay because there was a club downstairs it was a little bit noisy and the second the food was terrible terrible very bad that there was no taste and I ordered the bring for me something else which is I was not happy at all And they don’t do refund they took money for me in advance and they are not doing refunding if somebody order the food first taste it then after that you can pay them before do not pay because they are not going to refund your money
