Located near JR Hakodate, shops and restaurants. Bus and tram stops in front of hotel. Comfortable and clean room, though small. Friendly staff.

Very nice staff, professional, even the cleaning staff try to be quiet in the morning which is rare. Great value for money, one of the secret gems of Hakodate.

It stinks of poop in my room. I would never come back, it is too small too.

Service was very good, free coffee and tea, free amenities available at the counter. Only real downside was that there was no wifi in the room at all.

Fantastique The hotel is easily accessible, which locates 10 mins walk from the JR station. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also provide delicious breakfast with enough choices. There is a convenient store just besides the hotel. The staff also introduce me a local market just 2 minutes walk from the hotel, where you can buy some food and have your meals there from 8am to 5pm.

And everything works. Abit further from JR station. Some budget hotels are closer

Bien The room was very small and narrow. However, it is right in front of the street car stop which is very convenient.
