Hotel is terrible. I would say the worse hotel in mumbai! Not worthy a 5 star more like a 3 star hotel

Room was clean but the hotel has deteriorated a lot. Feels like a building that was once glorious. The hotel is under staffed and while the staff is polite, they lack any warmth or hospitality. However, the best part of this hotel is that they openly support queer rights and it’s a lovely surprise too see LGBTQ ally pins on ALL staff uniforms! I was overjoyed to see that!

Séjour en solo

Good place to stay if you want to be near the airport. The property is old and not maintained. Beds are very comfortable, but don’t count on anyone picking up your call. Takes a few tries before anyone picks up. DO NOT try in-room dinning - significantly overpriced and substandard food. I paid $22 for a cold coffee and a soggy sandwich. Had to toss it. Staff is good but, just like every hotel, be ready to tip them to really help you out. Good overall experience.

Pour les professionnels

The Lalit Mumbai is a clean and modern style hotel. Great location near the Mumbai International airport. The hotel has nicely appointed rooms decorated with wood accents. I had booked an Executive King Club room. The access to the executive lounge on the 6th floor made my 6 day stay at the hotel quite comfortable. The lounge serves breakfast in the morning, high tea in the afternoon, and drinks and appetizers in the evening. The staff at the hotel was quite helpful and courteous. I especially appreciated the 2 guys that work the executive lounge. They provided quick service everyday.

Hotel is overall nice and well placed? Perhaps rooms are a little dated, but acceptable. I waited 30 minutes for a Vada pav in the restaurant which wasn’t ok, but aside from that, reasonable value for money overall
