The hotel was huge with beautiful grounds to wander through. I loved the location right on the long sandy beach. Staff were all lovely, although if you're English, communication is challenging with most of them.
The thing that surprised me was the lack of restaurants & how small they were for such a large hotel, but having said that I ate at the Star Fish each evening & it was never that busy. I don't know where everyone else was! The food was very good, except a lunch time salad which took 45mins & was basically a pile of leaves, not as described in the menu. So I cancelled my order & had an icecream instead! The very friendly manager didn't charge me for a cocktail that afternoon to make up for the salad fiasco!
