I booked the property for overnight on 30 th May 2026 but didn't receive a code via SMS or email and so had to book another hotel. The fault is either with the property or Hotel.com or both. Either way they have not performed as part of their contract with me and have refused to refund me as a loyal customer of hotel.com, which I find incredibly disloyal and unreasonable.

I have been to multiple hotels across north London recently and I have never seen a place so dirty and filthy like this one, to what I can see the only thing they do in between guests is change the bed linen, I stayed room 25 there is only one picture in the advertising showing this room, a picture of the corner of the room and is quite dark. The carpet was soo nasty, the room was very dusty, strange stains all over the place, all the furniture was very sticky, there was a bag covering the smoke detector. Did not interact with the staff so can't comment on the matter. But the place is in a complete state of disrepair and the lack of proper cleaning just make it worst.

Stay away from this hotel if there are alternatives. It s too much to say to make u aware of the downfalls but overall it is not worth staying here.

This property is very tired and in need a full refurbishment.
The rooms are small, and the bed (sold as a double), is 3/4 double at best.
Positives, great location in relation to Enfield town and train station, the key code entry worked well, with the information / instruction sent in advanced and was well communicated.

From the very beginning, my stay was a total disappointment. I chose this place because of the attractive price, but it was a mistake in every way. I booked 4 nights, and just left after my first night and stayed somewhere else in London due to breathing and safety issues that mold and electric heater could lead.

This place should be closed for health and safety reasons. The bathroom window was missing glass, and despite calling the emergency number provided, there was no response at all. There was zero communication.
It was –6°C outside, and both the bathroom and room were freezing cold. The property was extremely dirty and unsafe: pubic hair everywhere, a ruined carpet, and an old bed with springs coming through the mattress.
It was the longest night ever, and there was no possibility of receiving a full refund.

En dessous de la moyenne Room double booked despite the booking 2 months in advance. This was apparently due to the existing residents extending their stay. No communication of this and was even able to enter the room as was sent check in information. Really poor.

The bed was broken (sunk in the middle of the bed) tv lost service every 5 minutes, there’s no1 to talk to, the place was a complete shambles. The only good thing was the room was clean.
