En dessous de la moyenneSéjour entre amis · Pour les amis et la famille
The room was not clean, first indicated by the stains on the sheets and the duvet. The wallpaper in the bathroom were coming off the walls, particularly around the toilet, seemingly due to water damage of some kind (this was a general thing in the bathroom). The shower itself was separated from the toilet which was odd particularly considering the floor in the room was all carpeted. The bed was NOT fit for two people and my partner ended up sleeping on the floor one of the nights due to the limited space. The curtains were quite far from the wall resulting in the sun shining directly in your eyes the second it started rising and even during the night it was quite bright. Overall I would not recommend this hotel mainly due to cleanliness and poor sleeping conditions.

En dessous de la moyenne We were only given one key for three adults. There was rarely anyone at the front desk, so we couldn't check out properly or ask questions when needed. The website also does not mention that there are no elevators, which would have been helpful to know before booking.
On the positive side, the room was clean, and the location was convenient, with a bus stop directly in front of the hotel.

Clean facility but had a smell throughout hallways. Water pressure was poor and not very hot water. Buses running on street close by and very reliable. Bus info supplied by hotel

Plug socket sparked and started crackling so took phone of charge.
Tried to turn shower on and electrics tripped and hasn’t worked since 23.00.
Main light works so assuming it’s not connected to the rooms electrics since: Tv, kettle, chargers, lamps, shower and extension leads won’t work at all. Showers won’t work and no hot water.
Reception man said there was fire day before so getting things back and running.
Didn’t find out until we checked in and no prior messages or emails indicating this. Absolutely horrendous time here.

Hotel was good but the only downside was that the room service people didn’t do the work properly, they would tidy up and refill the tea n coffee but not change the used cups or wash them, also they didn’t hoover the floor at all, we stayed there 3 nights.

En dessous de la moyenne I booked a double bed en-suite room. I was initially offered a room with a separate external bathroom, then a small room with an en-suite when I questioned why it is different from my booking.
This room was subpar, noisy and uncomfortable beds. Shower was limp. Door to toilet did not close and was hanging by a thread for want of a better expression. In summary, it’s a NO.
