古い旅館ながら、清掃やリノベーションに力を入れている感じが伝わってくる。
ただ、滞在期間中たまたまなのか外国人宿泊者がいて、温泉のマナーが悪く楽しめなかったのが残念。
外国人宿泊者がいる時には温泉の見回りを増やすか、案内を外国語で記す等の工夫が必要だと感じた。
温泉は洗い場が少なく感じた。

Bien Good staff, breakfast was ok. Just enough western food to save your sanity. The room was the size of a shoebox. Good service.

Fantastique Reasonably price hotel with great passionate staff service. It would be good if hotel name can also display in English at the front entrance. This would be very helpful to non Japanese speaking visitors.

Bien Brsides check in and only some staff beeing friendly it was an over all good experiance.
I wish that the staff would care more about the guests!
The hotel was managed ok. The facility is in a bit poor condition and needs some care.
Floors are a bit dirty and it makes an over all a bit older apperance even in the "new" part of the building.
Worst part is the cold LED lighting. Not a hood atmosphere and makes the place cold and not very relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had booked the three to four people rooms, and it was quite spacey for us three in a room. However it was hard to find the location of the hotel at the beginning.
