It was good hotel to stay over 3 nights for me, easy access to local attractions.
The Passage to the entrance is disappointed cos the two shops between are empty and few people sit on floor outside the premise. No tea or coffee in room.

We chose this hotel for its central location and convenient walking distance to the city center. The location was excellent, and breakfast was very good with plenty of variety — definitely worth the small extra cost.
Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It felt cheap, with several broken items. A wall socket was damaged and sticking out, which felt unsafe. The lamp above the bed was barely secured and looked like it could fall. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable to use.
Although the location and breakfast were positives, I would not stay here again.

Bien Okay hotel room, however the pictures did not correspond with the room we got. Very inconvenient designed bathroom because there was no separate shower cabin. Staff was very friendly and hotel room was clean
