Clean comfortable rooms with ample space and sitting. The onsite tavern/restaurant provides great meals. Location provides easy access to Perth Foothills, Airports and the Perth CBD, as well as major shopping malls not too far away.
Not the Ritz-Carlton but definitely rates highly for comfort, convenience and cleanliness.

I’ll be honest — based on the street frontage, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but first impressions can be deceiving.
The accommodation is excellent. The rooms are large, clean, and well presented, and the area is quiet and feels very safe. It’s also very reasonably priced, which makes it even better value.
I would definitely recommend it for anyone heading to Champion Lakes for rowing — just note that a car is required for convenience.
The on-site restaurant is also a great bonus: convenient, good-quality meals without having to go anywhere after a long day. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay.

Fantastic stay but didn't expect it to be anything less. From the lady at reception to the cleaning staff everything is perfect. Beds are amazing and very comfortable, bathroom is spacious, shower hot and well maintained. Microwave, fridge and full set of dishes are a bonus. Checking in online makes the ease of arriving and being given your room key flawless. Highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Perth.

When travelling beds must be comfortable and they are very comfortable here. Foxtel channels which was lovely. Rooms were clean and have everything you need.

It is equipped with basic - it is match with reasonable price.
However as advertised, there is free WiFi available, and more often you don't see the WiFi signal. If it shows up on Wifi net work, you can connect to the network modem, yet there is no internet connection. Or if you are very lucky, connect for less than 2 minutes and disconnect. Reported to the reception the next morning, and was told it had been fixed. But we still encounter a VERY POOR CONNECTION. We ended up buying extra data on the mobile plan for the remaining few days. Of course, they did not ask "How was our stay?" at check out, they are not interested for feed back.
The frustration (you can't read just an e-mail or book the next trip) with the included service, such as Wi-Fi, made us not want to return anymore. Saving a bit of money was not worth it.
