There is no air conditioning so it feels dank and the windows don't open wide so you can't really get any airflow. Some of their ads say they have a/c but they do not. They will provide floor fans, but it's still stuffy and hot. Also we used the washer/dryer combo and our clothes smelled like weed afterward.
Could have been worse, but wouldn't stay here again.

Check in easy. Quiet area near to professional schools and businesses. Nice shops and cafes in the area. Second bedroom over looks disposal site. Felt safe. Comes well equipped for short stays with cutlery, glasses etc

En dessous de la moyenne The property has zero after hours support. The fire alarm in the property went off for 4+ hours. Inspite of me calling the emergency number multiple times, no one picked up the call. Then I called 999, when the fire department showed up. The alarm kept ringing for further two hours. The property hardly has any concern for customer safety.
Also, cleanliness of the rooms are next level. Stains all around and possible bed bugs, which were giving me rashes.

The queen mattress was super uncomfortable and the carpet was stained. Bedding was synthetic very hot, no air conditioning or way to cool down as only a door no windows. nice primary bathroom, a lovely shower, but the other bathroom pretty rundown and needs updating.. not as nice as it looks in photos and overpriced.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Check in was easy. Apartment was overall very clean , comfortable beds and a good selection of essentials to start you off … tea, coffee , washing up liquid etc. Bedding and towels were exceptionally clean ( nice to have big bath sheets to wrap up in instead of glorified hand towels we get in some places) Within walking distance to Covent Garden , museums etc . A nice quiet area with many restaurants, coffee shops . Would definitely stay here again
