This is literally the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I would absolutely recommend and stay here again. The staff was fantastic and really went above and beyond. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished (and good temperature). The breakfast was amazing and had lots of options for various dietary needs. I would come back to La Paz and stay here again once some of the unrest settles down, but honestly they made things very smooth despite the current unrest.

Beautiful Hotel. A little away from major sites of interest

The staff was great, room was spacious, we only stayed 1 night so didn't get to explore the area but would definitely return...and recommend!

Staff was very helpful on early check-in and late check-out.

A few things went wrong with our check in experience. The lobby was busy on our arrival which understandably adds pressure to the front desk staff. After giving us forms to fill in, they didn’t give us any hotel information and asked us to wait for our room to be ready. This was nearly 5pm and check in was meant to be from 2 pm. Our room was on the second floor overlooking a building site, which was disappointing as we had booked a superior room. That said, we completely understand this isn’t something they can necessarily control. However, despite there being two of us, there was only one bottle of water, one glass, one chocolate and one gown in the room. We spoke to the staff about this and they were apologetic, brought up the missing amenities and gave us a bottle of wine, which was good of them. The pool and restaurants areas were beautiful, however, this certainly didn’t feel like a 5-star experience. We’re seasoned travellers and have had more warmth and a better customer focused experience at 3-star hotels.

Staff really helped a lot, when we need assistances there. we checked out early and later on need a place to clean ourselves, the lady offered us a place to take shower and repack ourselves when no room available.

- room was with bad odour and then they change the room - they should display the us$ exchange rate at the reception counter
