The first thought upon arrival was are we safe. The hotel and staff are delightful. The breakfast could have been better. The sausage patties and eggs were cold. The trash cans should be bigger in the rooms. We missed the blackout shades in the room. All and all everything else was great.

Beautiful and clean.
This hotel is wonderful. Jenn at the front desk made us feel welcomed and comfortable since the moment we walked in.
We were a little nervious about the neighborhood with a boarded up house a couple of buildings away, but we did not have any issues and we walked to the falls (even at night for the fireworks).
The room was very clean and comfortable. We needed elected not to have housekeeping and needed an extra towel and toilet paper which they keep right at the front desk for you to grab (which is so convenient for someone who hates to ask).
The breakfast was delicious with tons of different hot and cold foods. My favorite was the Greek yogurt bar...yum. They have coffee (milk and creamer) Available 24/7. When I asked about decaf, they made sureitwas there our entire 4 night stay.
We will definitely be adding Fairfield to our list of hotels to stay at.
