Very comfortable and clean hotel with very nice and calming decor, comfortable bed, lovely and helpful staff—all i expected from hyatt. Breakfast was great—well presented extensive buffet with lots of selections, including some indonesian foods. The one thing that was quite surprising was that the tv transmission went out halfway through the second half of the world cup final game! I picked up the phone to dial the front desk but there was no dial tone. I was too tired to investigate further since it was late at night. I discovered the next day there were a couple of buttons to push to get a dial tone. So I would say, please make sure the tv transmission doesn’t go out for such important events, and please make clearer from the moment of check-in how the phones work.
