We had an amazing time in Houston despite the heat and humidity! We stayed for six nights, and our stay was truly memorable. The Club Lounge was a wonderful place to relax after busy days exploring the city and attending the World Cup. We especially appreciated the variety of food choices, which changed daily, making each visit to the lounge something to look forward to.
What made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable.
A special thank you to Kepa, Brayan, Heidi, Pierre, the door and valet staff, and the hotel drivers for going above and beyond. Your welcoming demeanor and warm smiles made us feel right at home.
Our Junior Suite on the 20th floor was located next to the stairwell, which was a bit noisy because the stairwell door would often slam as guests or staff came and went. I was also surprised with the amount of helicopter activity there is in this area. We always travel with a sound machine app, which helped, but the noise was still noticeable at night. Despite those minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.
